These magazine holders look exactly like the store bought ones as Michaels or even Pottery Barn. I found a tutorial on Apartment Therapy. They are made from cardboard wrapped in book cloth. They were able to find cheap cloth in bulke at TalasOnline.com and they found the label holders real cheap at PaxtonHardware.com. I think I need to make one of these to start the new year off organized.
I have a cat who loves cardboard and I’m sure he would love to lounge on this cardboard chaise! Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories has created a tutorial on how to make one of these lounges for your furry feline companion. I could also picture this lounge being covered in felt with some padding to make it extra comfy.
Photojojo has some really neat ideas for photography projects. I’m always looking for some inexpensive ways to showcase my photography and I really like this idea…all you need is some cardboard. You could even get some paint or any kind of paper to decorate the frames if you don’t like the cardboard look. Check out the tutorial over at Photojojo.
